Sorry I don't know how to check but I would say around above 70% of the total members (149,201)

No revenue because there are no ads on the site as of yet.

When I got the forum, I was planning to place ads but have no plans to develop it further since my host dont support downloads.

Site is PR2, good alexa and a huge member base. Don't let this opportunity slip.

Site doesn't have awstats as I don't run cPanel with it.
I can show you the analytics, which only shows since 9th June 2012 (the day I got the forum and placed analytics)

The previous forum had downloads of movies, games etc.. my new host dont support this so I removed it. If you do buy the forum, it is best to put the downloads back on. That is what most members come to do, they download the stuff.

Site has no ads, therefore no recorded revenue.

Reserve is low and this is possibly one of the cheapest forums you can get with that many members and an aged domain (since 2005)

I can also send the old database files if needed, and these has the old external download links + some spam.

 

I used to own a massive indian forum years back and chillstation and few other forums came out of my forum thats why i was interested but not sure if i can run it again so i am in a bit of confusion here as running a forum like this was profitable and fun back then but now its just plain warez and violates every way of generating revenue.
But on positive side you have cool name and a big user database which is definitely worth the price you are asking.

Hi, yeh apart from all that, im am selling for a reasonable cheap price. Sites with this big member base should be worth over 1k no doubt also, domain is aged and been up since 2005 with good pr and alexa.

I can't believe how this auction ended with no bidders.

Moreover, site is still for sale.
I will let anyone BIN for $650, if interested just leave me a PM.

 

The vbulletin license itself is worth $200.
Template theme is worth $50.
