Ah, yes. Yet another unsatisfied customer of JustHost. I seriously wonder how they're still in business...I don't think I've ever seen a positive review of them.
i have found chat support in general (and not for hosting only) is the most useless support channel in terms of getting anything resolved, because you are talking to a fron line person and your issue is never get escalated to a specialist like in a case of opening a ticket or sending email for example

Wow, that is very sad. You know I was so close to buy hosting from JustHost because the prices looked very cheap. But wow this really amazed me. That is truly the worse customer service I've seen. I have had an experience like this before but not with a web host...
You became a little rude with them. JustHost probably needs to get a technical administrator onto it. You may have been simply talking to someone who can answer basic cPanel queries and do basic account stuff. They probably should have placed the support request with their technical admin themselves though.
