That's why you save that for the after work out, elipitical training. The back row! Then you have something to chase after. It's real motivation.

Cardio, bahh I don't do cardio anymore. Once in a great while at home, or the fun type :D

They don't come watch you work out? I almost always have one or 2 come watch me while I work out

    I'm 5'9 180 pounds and about 11% body fat.

I haven't been to the gym for about 18 months. Before that I was probably going about 2 times a week.

I might do 1 or 2, 15 minute sprint work outs per week. Maybe once a week I do between 300 - 500 push ups over 30 minutes.

Gym i used to go but now i stopped.

However i go sailing and do these burpees, so exercise i do.

    rosstraining.com/articles/burpeeclip.htm

Try listening to the radio/tv and do the burpees everytime there is a commercial break. You will be out of breath doing this at high speed, plus it is also good for the muscles.

Yeah, I love to lift. Been pretty hard to be consistent since my daughter was born (she's 2). Highlights for me were hitting the 3/4/5 club.

Now I'm considerably less strong/big but still in decent shape.

If you're interested, come drop by gaining-mass.com, my lifter site. I don't make money off of it, it exists for the love of lifting/building.

EDIT: just located Grim's dungeon, that will be one I share there I think.

I try to lift about twice a week. I weigh about 160 and right now i bench 180 or something, nothing to fancy about that.

I read in many magazines that you really need to let the muscles rest well after each workout, so Im not really getting why lots of people are lifting 4-5times a week.
