Google Analytics for my website

hii friends ..this is ritesh vyas and i need some help ... so please help me .....please

i create my website ......than i create google analytics a/c and that time analytics gave me some HTML Code and told in latter ...this code is paste in your website...
now i confuse that code paste in my website but which place ? and which page ?

Sooooo please help me dude.....please

place it on everypage above the body text

 

place the link below the head or someplace where it can be used in everypage

 

You should actually place the script on every page, just above the closing tag of the head. That's all.

 

Place it in the header section of every page that you want to track analytics. No Analytics code in that page means no tarcking..

 

Just place the code in common place which is used in all the pages of your website like header , footer
