Hi I have several new sites opened in the last month or two. After reading a lot of posts, i understand one thing. Google wants links built gradually. So this is my strategy ive started : Every couple days i do about 10 directory submissions, some social bookmarks, some real comments on edu pages (non spammed). What do you guys think? Will it work? What else should i add to my routine. I also add a fresh article or two every couple days to my blogs.
Ya sounds decent As long as your links are to quality sites too though sounds like you have that idea downpat!
Sounds like a nice, safe, slow method to rank. Add a video or two in there to get some diversified media content.
After the penguin update, I think this would be the good and safe strategy. I would like it if you share the effect of your link building strategy with us so we can also implement it
I suggest that you add a link wheel sometimes since you have a article, blog, social bookmarking and directory submission.
So you do about 20 links a day? that's very good for a new site. Slow and steady. Depending on the keyword competition though, you may have to up it if you want to have a fighting chance.
Well said. What matters for Google is the number of quality link you have built and not the quantity of links built. Your Page rank and SERP depends a lot on the quality links you have built.
Just a suggestion from a fellow...you can use Linkvana. They are legitimate and just $147/month. It‘s a genuine suggestion...i‘m not drag you with my affiliate link (joking)
I never even thought about videos before so thanks for that tip! I'm going to start working on some soon ^_^
So, some of your domain age is two months or more. Did you get any PR for those (Except 0) in these two months?
