How much submission we can submit in one month..?

Hello everyone,
Can any body suggest me or help me about off page seo.I have a one website and i want to do offpage seo. so please help, how many article and directory i can submit in one month..!

 

There is no hard and fast rule in SEO but you can submit around 100 of directories and do submission in high PR links and they must relevant to your niche. Do SEO that looks natural or organic.

Anyways, you can submit 50 directories per day and 5-7 articles in a month. And yes use different IP's. If you submit maximum then google could your site in penalize. So be careful.

join social networks like google plus and and facebook to share your posts there, and do social bookmarking in digg, delicious and twitter etc, article directories are another way to do off page seo... forums are also one of the best place to do off page seo.

if u want to get good page rank of your site . you do daily different c class Ip off page submission directory 20, book marking 20, article-5, blog commenting-50 classified-5, forums-3, and also link building-5. it is an ideally. and share the post daily in social networking sites.

There is no limit for Submission but do perfectly not more and more spamming...........
