    Hello,
I check one of my sites and it has 9.38% bounce rate!!! I still can't believe it. Is it normal or some kind of error I am getting at analytics?

No it's not normal, but it's probably because it's a new site. Once you get more traffic it will have a higher bounce rate.

An ideal Google Analytics bounce rate is below 50%. You should not worry about it. Unless your only having less traffic and that your site is new. But it doesn't mean when your site gets old, your bounce rate will increase to such point it hits more than 50%. Bounce rate reflects how valuable your site to the readers.

However, having a bounce rate of really low percentage seems odd. Maybe you have placed the tracking code twice to your site. That's what my experience, and I learned something about that somewhere in the internet.

Your site contains duplicate content otherwise content might be mismatching with title and keyword.

This is not normal but this may be true... There is possibility that your website is receiving less traffic and your content is quite engrossing and relevant for your visitors.
