Make them relevant to your site. Just adding everything under the sun won't help.

 

Meta Tags are not even that important to Google Rankings anymore because of their abuse. But you should still add relevant info.

 

Ignore them, you only need a meta description. Adding keywords to your meta tags limits those pages to being searched by those keywords from what I understand.

Many people saying meta tags are being ignored by google, that is not correct. Adding irrelevant meta tags are harmful and overdoing it is also harmful....
and also if you add same keywords(more than 5 or so....) on every page then search engine will see it as irrelevant...

Make Good meta tag, for Example:-
1) Keywords - you can use 8 to 10 keywords with good density.
2) title - use keywords in title ( you can use 70 characters in a title)
3) Description - use keywords in description ( you can use 150 characters in description)
