We do not agree with you ... probably you are very new in Industry and are not aware of the shared hosting.
Anyway, there is no point discussing with you as you are very immature.

 

Very new to the industry? As my signature says, we have been a legitimate business (we are a registered corporation in the US) since 1996. It's INCREDIBLY easy to find trouble accounts on shared hosting. You can normally find it within minutes, in fact. You can disagree all you want, but it's the truth. If you know how to properly manage a server, finding abusive accounts is not at all difficult.

Anyway, good luck with your "business" if you have any clients left after this...

LOL - I find this so funny...damnx.us take our money and refuse to provide support, then when we go public with complaint they claim we lie!

Just letting EVERYONE know of the scam damnx.us has DONE TO US, who are your attorneys ours are eagerly waiting to contact them as you have cost us in excess of $7000 in web design and SEO services ALONE, not mentioning lost business due to the pathetic service you offered at a cost of $15,000 per day.

IF YOU DO HAVE US attorney they will understand the issues YOU have and tough case you have proving you offered satisfactory service - just hand the domain over to us and we will call it a day. The refund from credit card company is not for anything from you, it was a payment for something unrelated (my mistake) - SO YOU HAVE OUR MONEY, DELETED OUR SITE AND STEAL OUR DOMAIN.

Damnx.us are in the "business" of offering a service, then taking the money and NOT providing the service offered - There is a simple solution DAMNX.US, if you are a professional company offering a professional service you would re-enstate our site and give us access to the domain name which we would gladly pay for at the regular rate, if you choose to ignore this issue it proves you and your company are nothing but theives and scammers.

Any many other people will see what you are like and how unprofessional you are when things go wrong - this is the time when professional companies excell when things go wrong by resolving them quickly and efficiently RATHER than lying and bliaming the customer as you have throughout the emails you sent us and this thread.

The choice as always, is yours...

All the claims are bogus and charges are baseless.

This person has stated on Digital Point Forum that he has got all the refund through his credit card company.

Now he is simply blackmailing.

He agreed and abide to our ToS and we work according to our ToS.
All our phone numbers are valid and we DO NOT provide support through phone.
We replied all his emails within 24 hours.
These can be found on Digital Point Forum as well.

He has used our service for 10 months already while paying yealy subscription.
As he has already recieved his money back by way of charge back through his credit card company for the domain, as per Industry rule domain now does not belong to his.
He has backed up his website from our server.

Following things are very clear in ToS that:
1. refund is admicible as per Paypal Refund policy within 56 days,
2. no refund is admicible on the domain name registration and renewal,
3. writing against us and defaming us is violation of ToS
4. mechanical failure is not our responcibility,
5. we are not liable for any loss to customer's website or customer's business.
This guy agreed to all these terms and conditions.

We are working through India and he can come to India and fight his case as OUR LEGAL JURIDICTION IS ANAND CITY.

This guy is a cheat and black-mailer.
He is no more our customer as per the terms and conditions.
That's it!

It is requested to kindly warn this guy to stop making nuisance and behave properly.
Otherwise we will be forced to file defamation suit and damage to our business against him in India in civil and criminal courts of Anand District and will follow the International Laws of Internet agaist him.
