What can u do if Google disindex your site?

    Hi all,

I've checked my site today and found that my PR has gone.
I tried to search "info:mysite" in Google but there is no result.
I believe my site is disindexed by G.
    What can I do now?
How can I know what's wrong?
How can I get my site re-indexed by G again, thank you.

Firstly there is nothing called disindexed, it's de-indexed.

Look at your GWT and check for the message from Google. If there is the message about the de-index of your site, read it and follow accordingly.

You should use site: instead of info: for check index of your website.

right. take a look at your webmaster tool account to see if google has any message for you. sometimes they do.

right but it will atleast show the home page. if its not there, means the homepage is not indexed anymore.

lol! for some people, if anything online, its a blog. :)

besides, a site cannot be completely deindexed for not posting articles for a long time. will lose rankign but cannot get deindexed.

@OP, there can be various reasons for getting a site completely deindexed by google. duplicate content, DMCA complaint, malicious codes on the site, distribution of malware, using blackhat methods, just to name a few. no way ro know why your site got deindexed. you should have some idea as to why. we need more info to figure out the best course of action.

build more backlinks, prefer natural linking and also focus over dofollow link. Follow some steps
    1: Make your website social
2: Add blogs and put the regular content there,
3: Link in natural way do follow , no follow, author use these relations
4: stay away from abused websites
5: Do not over optimized the links
6: work regularly for link building but high quality

I hope It will help you alot .

    Thanks and good luck

    I agree.

@Pronet Hosting: To rule out a complaint or malicious code/plug-in, perhaps you can call your hosting company to see if this is an issue. If not, then it’s all about the value you have on your site and the way you get traffic. You will have to file a reconsideration attempt for your site once you clear everything.

I think you are probably hit by penguin update or panda. Without seeing your url, I cannot say more on that.

How good is your backlink profile? Are they from quality sites?

Here is an easy method from seroundtable.com:

Just file a reconsideration request. sometimes it doesn't help (for example, if there was a DMCA complaint, you have to file a different form), but it definitely doesn't hurt. Google does not look at each reconsideration request indivially, unless there was really manual action taken against your website. You can also audit web site of yours using an onpage SEO tool to see if there is duplicate content on it and check your backlinks with a backlink tracker. See if notice any suspicious links you didn't build pointing to your website.

You can submit a reconsideration request with google. (I would recommend that you remove any spammy or bad links before you submit the request.

This is just a crap way to build a link for your site. Totally misleading.

If he has anything good in content then he will automatically get backlinks.

Mind that content is the king.

Your site is not removed from Google. Check as: site:www.yourdomain.com in Google.

    It is not rocket-science.

    1. Identify the reasons why your website was de-indexed. You may probably be violating Google Webmaster Guidelines.
    2. Fix the issues - ensure all issues are fixed
    3. File a reconsideration request through Google Webmaster Tools.
    4. Wait and hope for Good Luck!

Check your Google Webmasters Account whether you have received a message regarding this de-indexing or not?
If you have been penalized for something then you have to recover from that penalization and your website will automatically be indexed.
If you are punished for web spam or for over optimization you have to make sure your website is not participating in those types of activities and then only you can recover your website.

Once you remove such aspects you can request Google Team to reconsider your website and index again.
