cgi-bin subfolders bot work

    problem of sub-file and files in cgi-bin do not work properly despite the right Permits

    always show me
    You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    You need your host to fix the permission issue.

    Does the folder itself have the correct permissions? Not just the file. And if would need the correct ownership (chown) values as well.

    I had a customer of mine with the same issue. Its a semi-simple fix. There are a lot of factors to weigh in though.

    file that will you run under cgi-bin should have executable permission
    try to change your file permission under cgi-bin to 0755
