Paypal funds auto going to some account.

Hello,

Last night, one of my check bounced saying "no balance", but I've transferred enough amount from Paypal to bank account..

So, I logged in and checked my history, I found that all funds are going to some account and not to my account

I've no idea whose account is that but since May 1 all funds are being transferred to his account.

I never had any other issue with Paypal..

I tried calling bank, but they are asking FULL ACCOUNT number which I don't have..I've only my account number and not the one which is in Paypal.

I'm losing all my funds due to it,it's around $4000.. Please help me out.

Ok, there may be a chance of hacking your account and someone else added his bank account to your PayPal. But still practically, it is not possible to transfer funds. If he did transfer then also, funds will come back due to name mis-match.

If it's not hacked then as DON said in above post, you might have added an account which you forgot.

Also, you can definitely see your full bank account number with all details in your PayPal account.

 

Thanks, but nobody knows my ID or anything..Only I login to check everything.

I called them, they said I added it in 2009 itself, but I don't remember it..

I asked them for full bank ac number but they refused to give due to security reasons.

What should I do now?

 

If that account exists then you already have money in that account so nothing lose. Check statements of all your accounts and I hope you know how many accounts you have

In PayPal, you can add new working account and make it primary. Once done, delete old account.

 

contact paypal and ask the ass holes to refund or else ask them to lodge acomplain against the mad fucker

 

You should contact paypal and tell them the problem that you faced currently.

They refused to give full account number..Today I went to bank and they said "We cannot do unless you provide full bank account number"

What should I do? This is nightmare..

I don't remember adding any such account, everything was fine till April, from May 1, funds are being transferred to another account which I don't even own.

Any help/idea?

it may be hacked or you have subscribed to some companies for payment.

 

just close and re-open the paypal account.Name match with account number is not necessary for NEFT transactions

 

What is NEFT transaction? WHere are you?

How do you withdraw?

 

Finally found and fixed it It was old 2008 account.
