yup though on there page u will see "success" when doing bulk changes but it will not change do manually one by one not that hard
That's easy to say when you don't have 50 domains to change =( I'll just email and tell them to do it, I pay for that service I shouldn't have to do it.
No registrar is foolish enough to make changes to a domain name based merely on an email. I suggest you log inside your account and open a ticket with a very detailed request of what you want done. Do indicate you've tried a bulk change but it doesn't work for whatever reason.
