Being Scammed by saadahmed007!

Why are you singing a song about template!! guys read the emails.
He was happy with the template! he wanted me to work extra and install cgi-proxy on his site, and do dataentry job of directory submission. When I refused, and he wasnt able to install the proxy..he is creating a false claim, and wanting a refund, after I have given him everything.

 

lol I just emailed you..Create me a uinque proxy template similar to that site and yeah integrate cgi proxy in it (Then upload it on my server)once done i'll definately will not ask for refund....Becuase i atleast you have changed urls i just checked dirs etc it's complete ripp off!Owner of proxybrowsing can send legal notics to my dedicated server company because you ripped it etc..

first install the proxy, and i will not make another template. you have got what you wanted, if you were not satisfied, why did you not tell me then, and you were happy at that time, you just wanted me to install the proxy. now you are trying to get two templates at the cost of one.

 

you have filed a claim with Paypal, and I escalated it..let them decide.

 

They closed it becuase they said it's virtual so yeah that template is NOT MADE BY YOU It's of proxybrowsing.com It's RIPPED BY You!

Whatever it is, you wanted it at that time, and now when you have got it, and after you are not able to install the proxy, you are trying to get another template fo the same price.
and they have not closed it..they have just put the case on hold.

Only to 2 guys i was not able to send refund becuase paypal problems ..Anyway You can see my other customers who are happy with me..

This is so interesting to watch! But I will have to side saadahmed007, doesn't really seems to be the scammer but infact it seems the other way out. IMO.

 

This just seams like a cheap shot at Saad. His reputation and iTrader points seem to say a lot for his business ethic. I honestly doubt he's a scammer who's willing to sabotage his name around here; that also just for $40.

I don't know what the details are, but at the moment, the facts seem to speak for themselves. Didn't mean to butt in, but for what it's worth, just thought I'd post my thoughts on this situation.

 

His Itrader is 60 at the moment ... guys come to some conclusion . Maybe a Partial Refund will do it if not the full ..ah I am not sure on this so dont start on me ..... anyways it will be good if you guys come to some conclusion soon .

 

Well guys, even i am surprised that a guy who has such a good profile, how can he scam for $40, but unfortunately it is true. read the emails and details, you will yourself know, that its not my fault.

Well, bccruzer, if you read the emails, you will see that when i sent him the template he was happy with it, he even appreciated it..but when he was not able to install the proxy and get it up and running, he wanted his money back. I refused because it wasnt my fault, then he got an excuse about the template just to get the refund.
Guys just observe, the dispute was about "cgi-proxy installation and integration" not about templates, when he lost at that point, he made the template excuse..
This is clear scamming...

 

Here is what i emailed.
40$ (I apperciate your work of ripping proxybrowsing template lol) becuase i wanted unique that's why i asked for 40$ refund instead of 50$ i thought atleast he worked on my site so he should be paid 10$

ahh .. I am kinda out of this thread . On Saad's Part he paid you and On your Part .. you also worked .. ill say it again theres no point in discussing it like this . Come to some conclusion if you guys can .. though the paypal case is closed now .
