Selling Two Established and Aged (5 years old) Business Sites!!!

I have two websites would like to sell, both are aged established for a long time.

Site # 1 - 5 years old, it is about internet business ideas, make money online, home business ideas
Site # 2 - 3 years old, it is about offering digital information products MRR/PLR, it is membership site.

A lot of SEO / backlinks stuff done for both sites during those years.

In term of revenue and traffic, both sites are very profitable at one time, but the owner stop doing anything a year ago, so the traffic/revenue dropped since then.

Now, my client want me to sell both for him. He just want to get $1200 for both which is only 1/10 of what he invested on it.

It is for someone know how to turn things around and preferred know how SEO works. The huge potential is there by give to the right hand, site # 1 used to made $500-$1000/month, site # 2 is used to made $300/month.

If you are interested and have at least US$1200 budget in your hand to buying sites, then please send me a PM and I shall give you the URL of the sites, otherwise no point to waste your time and our time to discuss here. As I said this kind of deal is not for everyone anyway.

It probably would be less time wasted if you mention what it currently does earn as opposed to what it used to earn and hopes and dreams. While you are at it maybe mention a little stats on traffic.

also, if you can post domains and other proofs, that would make everyone's lives easier.

Well, my point is if you don't know much about SEO and don't have the fund on your hand, then why bother? it is not a showcase of the sites. as I said: this is not a deal for everyone here. Some people may even think that kind of sites not worth anything at all.

Only very few people can see the benefits of established and aged websites like this and KNOW HOW to make it profitable.. but I knew those people are existing here. I'm waiting....

Also, if someone feel send a PM to me is wasting your time which means you are not very interested anyway, just want to kill some time here, then sorry this deal is not for you

I third this statement i go through so many websites per day, its almost as if i want to just pass, BUT since im already here typing this out.. I would like to know the specs for both because i have a feeling i wont be wasting time as well.
