Paypal limits

Hi guys , today i upgrade my paypal account to premier .When I go to view limits they $500 to withdraw per day ,that's good but $3300 max recieved for year is it less ? I upgraded my account becouse i read somewhere premier account haven't limits.My account is verified.I'm from Bulgaria, Europe .

Is your PayPal verified already through Credit card?

 

No , through debit card .

Not sure about your country but I know PayPal allow you to lift the limit by following step

Log in to your PayPal account at PayPal.com
Click the 'View Limits' link on the ‘Account Overview’ page
Tick the box next to ‘Receiving Limit per year’ and click 'Lift Limits'
Follow the instructions to lift each one
