Make sure the coding is done in a proper way, may be that might be the reason.

It means Google not read your Title and Description of the website.

Your site didn't index by google any search engine right?
If you want not showing title, description in SERP
    do one thing <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW">
    or rel="nofollow" link attribute

novashun, you should to check your title, h1, h2, h3 etc structure. If it's invalid so that means you need a good inner SEO-optimisation.

Make sure that you have submitted your website in google webmaster. It is also possible that your website is not indexed in search engine. I would like to suggest you to deeply analyze your website.
