    Hi,
it can't be bad but the best solution would be making a real sentence with your keywords . it is said that SE begin to pay attention to real sentences more than groups of keywords.

I would say it is a good thing to have an introduction to your website at the top of your website, but the way you are doing it looks spammy. You are using the same word "funny" repeatedly.

A better solution IMO would be a nice informative opening sentence to your website ;)

I'd cut down on "funny" a little

I would avoid that many of commas.

Go for an intro to your site... like
    if you want these keyphrase "Funny Stuff,Funny Pictures,Funny Videos,Crazy People,Pharodys,Funny Things,Jokes,Commercials"

    then go for this.....
"Funny-Stuff.net is the one stop place for all Funny pictures and videos of Crazy people and pharodys. This is a site where one can find Funny things, Jokes and ofcoursse Commercials."

It's a good thing. Just don't add too much keywords. Repeated keywords and keyword spamming may get you banned from search engines.

i agree with Bondat you should watch or pay attention in declaring keywords, this can cause penalties for keyword spamming.
