Every month i will collect from bluedart office. you have to show id proof.

Can you tell me about the complete procedure?

I am also planning to pick it from the BD office.

Its totally time waste to wait the courier boy.

Last time my cheque was returned to the Google and i have to wait for 60 days for reissue again.

Very bad luck at that time.

 

Lol there is no process to do it.

ANd if you haven't visited your local bluedart office till now, then do visit ASAP or they will return your check if undelivered.

 

I am from chennai. First i will call to customer care and i will confirm whether my cheque reached to velachery branch(in chennai). once cheque comes to branch i will go and collect by showing id proof.

In fact customer care people will encourage me to collect directly from branch office.Hehehe..

Go tomorrow and collect it or else they will return it to Google.

 

WTF ... Whats the opening time of BD in the morning ... ???

 

First call to customer care and tell them tomorrow you are coming directly to bluedart office. so that they will update the status in their tool..

 

I have called them ... "Electronic Girl" says their working hours is between 8am to 7 pm ... Not able to contact them ... any alternate contact u know ?

Same error is being showed to me, and sadly it is nothing new. It is a pretty old trick played by bluedart, wherein they say that no one was found at the address or something like that to ensure they get an extra day to get the package delivered. Call/email them and they will deliver it tomorrow.

At BD office, you cal collect cheque only after submitting the ID proof

 

For me, tracking is not available. I am in a remote area where bluedart delivery is not available. Usually, once the courier is reached to my district head quarter (where bluedart delivery is there), then bluedart will send the cheque as a normal post. But, the tracking is not showing anything this time.

Actually my cheque is on hold now. ANd i will get it next month July.

Then I will sure go to the BD office if not delievered.

 

That means its coming via Speedpost. So there is gonna be a delay. I don't know how you used to get it before but Bluedart doesn't picks up checks which are not in their serviceable area by the pincode system.
