I am selling a HYIP monitoring site. A few words about how does this site work. HYIP admins add their programs to this website in order to get a monitoring button with their status and get referrals while investors visit this site to find HYIPs to invest. The site earns on daily payouts (the admin gives you money, $100 for Premium listing and $50 for Normal listing, which you invest back and withdraw the interest about 1.5%-2% on average), on referral commissions (most HYIPs pay 5%-10% of referrals' deposited amount) and on banner advertisement. The revenue is generated on your Liberty Reserve payment system account, which is highly liquid and stable.

The site needs about 15-20 minutes a day of working time (the work is simple: you send emails to new programs, 10-15 emails per day and add payouts to your statistics, THAT'S ALL!!!).

Now I would like to focus on my primary site coz I think it has greater potential, therefore I'm selling this one. The site's main traffic sources are search engines and returning visitors. Here are the positions:

2) I've heard that almost all HYIP sites are scams/pyramid schemes, can you confirm / deny this?

3) Can you provide full google analytics, I'd like to see where the traffic is generated from

Certainly you can take these money and refuse to reinvest, but that will harm your reputation and this admin of HYIPs will never add his programs to your website. They send you the money in order to let you invest as a real investor to be able to determine the status of their program fairly (whether it is paying or not).

Nowadays by saying "HYIP" people mean a ponzi scheme site (pyramid site), so once they all turn into a scam and stop paying. However some of them exist so long that they can bring a good profit to investor, that's why HYIPs are still popular. The aim of HYIP monitor is to help investor find that right program which has potential to pay longer than others.

OMG Who told you this? HYIP industry is alive and will always be so. As long as the people who look for passive but risky income will exist the HYIPs and HYIP monitors will exist too.
The volume of money invloved in HYIPs cannot be calculated but is estimated by dozens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars. Check the prices for advertisement on the most popular resources, they can be up to $2000/month and now evaluate again whether the $700/month income is possible.
