http://graphpaperpress.com/ do some cool free theme, most you have to pay for. I would choose on of these theme http://www.webresourcesdepot.com/34...s-and-starter-themes-with-a-comparison-chart/ and then develop it. there is some html 5 themes that are responsive. Great for mobile clients
