Congrats. As others have mentioned, diversify. IMO, adsense is a "temporary" source of income. I say this because they seem very trigger-happy with banning accounts after a certain amount of time/success.

The criminal charge is called Tax Fraud & Tax Evading. As a registered person in your country you must claim profit you make to the gov't and you are not allowed to EVADE the claims because you are underage using your father. The changes are rare to get caught but it does happen every now and then. Especially if your father gets an indictment from the gov't because sources of income from google cheques are being deposited into his bank account. Obviously they are unclaimed when your father does his annual taxes. If the bank and the gov't see it, then I'll send your father a cake so he can eat it in prison. It's a criminal charge. You guys are not as "smart" as you think.

Do you really think Google will go and check with each person that they are 18? No. They have no way to find out. Although taxes might be one obstacle.
Can't the kid pay taxes? Yes Google says you must be 18, but if he is getting paid by Google he is still required to pay taxes regardless of his age.
