Well there are many factors which is making it $137

1. Keyword according to Google adwords keyword tool.

2. Good CPC

3. TLD (.net)

4. .com version was sold for $237

5. It is basically a micro niche site so it will have one page. Its kind of a method. The other 3 pages are according to TOS.

6. Importantly its ranking in 1st page for a keyword. So that will result in organic traffic.

So all that makes it $137.
