What's this plugin called? and what's your fav plugins?

I'm looking for a plugin where I can write x amount of posts and they will auto post a time that I set..

And what's your fav/most usefull tools?

You don't need a plugin for future posting. Edit the timestamp on the right side of the Write page.

 

I was looking for a more advanced method.

When you add/edit a post there are section on the right side, it is the second last option below the post status section.
