    I think you answered your own question in the question itself. "Illegal", yes Google will ban you everytime, since they follow the law and do not condone or support illegal activities.

    Although the Google bot runs around the web, The Google Engineers have and can set up scripts to find these dodgey sites and block them easily.

    I don't understand why you would ask here and not read the Terms on Google. It's clearly stated your illegal site will be blocked for life according to their terms.

    Ultimately Your account will be banned as they are very strict with warez websites which you said that sharing pirated softwares. Removed the google ads to save your adsense account.

    Love this answer. "Remove the adsense". How about stop indulging in illegal activities, breaking god knows how many copyright laws and generally breaking the law.
    This sort of answer is the reason that when you say you make your living on the internet, people look at you as if you were some sort of major criminal.

    I suppose you also approve of sending tons of spam too.
