I'm buying all downloads related sites for the revenue it generated over the past 8 months.
Site must be :
-At least 6 months old. This way you'll get 6 months of revenue.
-Must have 30%+ American and British traffic or at least high traffic from major countries.
-No sites with high Asian traffic.
-Site should be containing a considerable amount of posts. Not a copied database with 100000 posts.
-Not buying sites with Multiple DMCA compaints.
-Not buying Movies,porn or file search sites.
-Must have 500+ UVs a day over the past 4 months.
-Must have SEO based traffic.

Plus, the seller should accept Western union. We'll test ads. for some days first, we'll pay for it via Paypal.

Well your requirement list is too high.

 

We have a very nice website made 50k last year and already made 25k this year check out my signature to see the website.
