Getting in DMOZ was not so difficult after all

Everybody has read about how difficult it is to get in DMOZ and the long waiting times for the reviews, so how does this guy got so lucky?

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=180065

The answer is that this guy has such great sites that his sites are discovered by different editors in different categories just by pure coincidence.

Very true, with good sites it's a piece of cake to get listed in DMOZ in no time... I also got my sites in under a month :p

Wow, impressive. I don't have any websites in DMOZ at the moment because I havent' tried to be honest. I figured it would be too difficult despite the fact my sites are good... makes you think twice doesn't it...

Don't know if this guy is sober or not, neither that he "has such great sites". To me it looks very much like a stinky fish.
Did you try to buy btw?;)

I'm curious why you have so many domains got accepted by DMOZ. And why you have so many websites?

You will be waiting a long time, as in forever. ODP does not send out any emails or submission status unless an editor happens to have a specific question on a particular site and even that is rare. ;)

I think a few missed he line dripping with sarcasm.

So a DMOZ editor keeps making sites and selling them with inflated prices because they're in DMOZ? Isn't this as bad as just accepting payments for DMOZ submission?

Just go all the way and setup shop for submission.

I sent a few to explain people if they want to be listed in general categories they need content in English - they had nice websites and I'm weak when it comes to saying no. ;)
