What classified script is this?

Hi there!!!
I want to begin my own small business and looked through a lot of real estate classified ads websites.
I'm interested in one of them.
Could anyone told me, what script is this? www.ehcmag.com

 

With so many real estate classifieds solutions could be hard to find what is behind someones code. This looks like Joomla, but I could be wrong.

 

You can create something similar by using Wordpress with one of these plugins to create a classified site:

1. Classipress http://www.appthemes.com/themes/classipress/

2. Sitemile http://sitemile.com/products/wordpress-classified-ads-theme/

Wordpress is easy to use, SEO friendly and very stable (used on millions of sites) and constantly under development.

Yeah.. well created classifieds site. It seems that site has used AJ Classifieds Script software ... I had the demo, its really good.
