Selling Selling PDF Finder Search Engine - Auto Pilot $$$$ 100k Uniques per Month

I've decided to sell one of my main websites, as I am in need of money to expand on my new project. I also need money to get a dedicated server and as you know, dedicated servers are not cheap

This website is a PDF Search Engine and well known worldwide, where people can search for free PDF documents. The PDF documents are indexed and not hosted on the servers, its the script that does the work. I currently run it on auto-pilot but have no time to continue working on stuff like SEO and further promotions for the site, therefore it has dropped ranking and hasn't earned as much as it used to that is also why I am selling the site for cheaper now. I got this site for $2.2k on DigitalPoint back in May 2011 and before it use to earn on average $400 per month. You can view the deal thread here: here

The script on this site uses a script called WPPDF script and I have modified this script to make it work more efficently than before. The website theme is 100% unique and created by me using WordPress.

Ranks well with some keywords, including "pdf finder", keywords such as "find pdf", "pdf search" and "search pdf" have dropped ranking, due to the lack of SEO skills. If you are an SEO master, you can easily get the keywords to rank well, because this is what mainly brings in the traffic.

Google search engine is the main traffic source, which has on average 100k uniques a month, used to have more.

The revenues come from: Adsense Custom Search, Adsfly and Infolinks.

On average Infolinks gives me $0.76 Daily average.
Adsense daily average $1.47
Adsfly daily average: $1.24

Adspace was also sold before, ranging from $20 per month, which could bring in some good income.

Again, the site used to earn more with adsense. Infolinks and Adsfly were added a few months back due to slight decreases in Adsense revenue and it helped me earn a bit more lately.

Traffic/Revenue proof:

• Adsense (Provided from Feb 1 - Jun 1 , you can see a slight decrease in revenue over the past few months)
• Adsfly (Started adding adsfly since mid April 2012 and gets some good income)
• Analytics (Good uniques and page views a month, mostly from Search Engines. Showing the previous 2 months )
• Infolinks (Good income source. Showing the previous 2 months)

The site use to earn on average $400, but it has dropped to around 70% in revenue over the past year.

Currently the site earns around roughly $80-100 per month and I must admit, it will decrease over time unless work is spent on the site and if you spend time on SEO and promotion, it can earn more than it does now.

I am very sad to sell this site, because it has given me good revenue over the past year and i've used to spend a few hrs every week to build the SEO for the site, but I no longer have time to do this.

The deal also comes with the facebook fanpage with 1.5k likes.

how many pdf files are indexed and how many keywords?how well is your amazone affiliate on the site doing?

You should get around about 860,000 results, so im guessing there is around about that many PDF files indexed in google, but im sure there are lots more PDF documents that hasn't been indexed yet, due to them being new or the spiders haven't crawled them yet.

For keywords, there used to be a few that had good rankings but some dropped rankings. Here are some:
find pdf, pdf finder, pdffinder, pdf search, search pdf etc.. these are the most common keywords used for the site before. Sometimes the PDF document names are being searched in google and it can rank well in those.

The amazon affiliates were also added in recently, but so far there are no recorded revenue with that added.
