    In Google plus, you can follow more people and post your profile link of freelancer site to have more visits of employers.

    On google+ there is a higher percentage of companies than on facebook. Try creating a professional G+ page and then promote it on webdevelopment forums/sites etc.

    Try to build relationships with people, giving useful advice or sharing valuable info., etc., help yourself to spread word out.

    Yes you could but you'd be better using Facebook if your looking for more clients as Google+ seems more family and friend based, I've found it hard to market products and services to people. Worth a shot though.

    Why you are using a social networking website for business? use Elance or Odesk and you will find lots of clients over there.

    Why not using as much way as possible? If social media can give him at list 1% feedback, you know what it means? You know, Facebook is not only a social network but a money machine to many people!
