    I am in a process to optimise my site for google while doing so i noticed that i am getting more and more visitors from russian search engine yandex.ru than from google.Although i even didnt submit my site to yandex

    I think this is natural result on your site. May be your site came at first position on search of a particular page then automatically the traffic increase on your site.

    You submit your site on some directory that link to yandex = 90% reason
    Just lucky - 10% reason :)

    It isn't often in the world of site building that an unintentional act brings you good traffic. You most likely did submit somewhere and it did link you. I hope you are able to convert some of the traffic into whatever funnel you are directing it into for your project.
