HDFC Netsafe Not Working?

Hey Guys,

My HDFC netsafe cards are not working. My card is a MasterCard. I have tried it at atleast 5 different merchants and all of them are rejecting the cards. Any one else facing the same issue?
I have already called the customer care and they didn't had a clue about this and assured me everything was normal. Though they did take my complain and told me I will hear from them tomorrow.

Its been almost four days and I am really getting worried now. I don't have a CC and it is my only means to pay for domains and other expenses.

Any help/suggestions are appreciated.

My brother faced the same problem. He also have the master debit card. I got my HDFC Visa debit card recently. I created some netsafe cards using it and worked perfectly.

I think the problem is with the Master card. Visa is working perfectly.

 

I don't know about that, I have a friend who has got a visa card but his cards are not working either. Have you used it in last couple of days?

 

i used HDFC netsafe card last week and it worked fine
and i have a master card as well

 

I guess its working fine for me.
I used one card just now and mine is MasterCard as well.

 

YES it had problem for some hours and its back to normal, now working fine.

 

I have tried it today and its working fine for me perhaps you should check the balance before the entering in paypal

Hey mates, I've decided to open an a/c with HDFC. Please enlighten me, VCC of which one - Visa or MasterCard debit card works without any issues with Paypal? Please reply urgently..

 

i used HDFC netsafe card right now and it worked fine

 

Both of them should work fine. Make sure that you get an international debit card.
