Buying Need more Indian writers on salary basis. 2 hrs a day. Rs. 2500 per month

    Hi Guys

    Thanks for the overwhelming response in my previous opening. Successfully hired some writers :)

    I have a few more vacancies available for the 2 hrs slot. You need to work for me 6 days a week and 2 hrs per day. The salary for the work is Rs. 2500 per month.

    How I utilize your 2 hrs?

    I am content manager for various leading blogs of India. These blogs covers tech topics like Mobiles, Automobiles etc. I do almost every kind of work for them which includes Comment prepopulation, specification pages, article writing etc.

    I will assign you projects with man hours attached to it (Say 1 hr for a news story of 300 words or 15 minutes for a comment). Once you deliver the first assignment I will give you another. Likewise you have to deliver 2 hrs of work to me on a daily basis.

    Requirements:
    - Native Indian writers (I will pay through bank transfer)
    - I want bloggers, not just news writers (if you are a copy-paster, please don't apply)
    - Fixed slot (If we have agreed on a slot of 2pm to 4pm, then it should be 2pm to 4pm every day. In case you want to change it, you will need to notify me in advance)

    Benefits:
    - Its a long term work. You will get a stable source of revenue.
    - If we like working with each other, later we can convert it to 4 or 8 hrs slot.

    The idea is good and I was looking for an opportunity like this but the pay scale is surely on the lower side. Are you willing to add a thousand rupees to your monthly pay outs?

    even the addition of thousand rupees would still make it a low payout.

    Seeing the amount of work required, the approximate pay per month comes out to be INR 4000 (at $0.5 per 100 words). Your offering is really low. I know I'm commenting again in your threading regarding the pay issue, but if you ever think of raising the monthly pay and hire an experienced and quality writer, then you can always PM me. :)

    You are again comparing a long term job with ad hoc job. We are getting some good writers (and happy as well) on this payscale.

    I can't raise the payscale at this point of time. In case you can turn out to be an excellent writer, we can think about an appraisal afterwards. You can opt to try this only for a month as well.
