Yes it's possible since there is this copyright infrigment issue.
Maybe not the whole account but disabling ads on this one site it's possible.

I dont think it would have any problem if you are not doing any illegal thing and according to wallpaper forum is a good idea to have adsense on

If you own all the wallpaper then Yes.

    If not, don't do it.

Even if you own all copyrights I wouldnt risk it. Google loves content and organic traffic, this will get you in trouble and the CPC is not worth it

Wallpaper site itself won't be an issue at all. Just make sure you publish the content you entitle to

Shouldn't be a problem. I've had a site with free streams of a TV show. I got a DMCA complaint from the studio, but google didn't do anything.

because they did not complaint to Google. If you responded, then OK, if not, then they have to contact Google, then ... maybe Google will disable the ads shown on the page(s).

One of our site sell products, which include "magic cube", one day we got complaint from the "inventor" (maybe Rubik, I forget). So by comment sense, we just tell them to fuck off. Later they complain to Google (we guess), and Google email us they cannot serve ads on the page contains the "magic cubes" because the copyright issue.

And thats it. We still sell the cubes but the ads on that page is blank (for years)

Copyright is not a big issue for adsense, unless you whole site is based on steal other peoples work to make money.
