    Hi All,

    I am selling a made ready passive cash-making site for sale. This is a site that allows young startups to buy listing to gain more exposure. The beauty is that these startups are usually funded and eager for exposure, thus the listing price is nothing to them.

    This is a unique and unsaturated niche that is growing at a fast page. Startup directory is powered by wordpress and it comes with plugin that allow users to buy listing - transact to paypal etc. It automate everything..

    Currently, the site is fairly new but has already indexed will in google. Traffic is around 40+ with 170+ on first day. Site is new, launched a few days ago. Upon buying the site, i will show you places where you can get contacts of all startups. You can compile a list and blast them emails. (my strategy)

    The domain name is also premium with low competition and fairly well CPC. First come first serve.
