Socialyst.net is a Twitter related website which allows users to view their Twitter accounts faster and easier than twitter.com. Socialyst allows users to connect with their twitter accounts via their mobile phone. They can easily tweet, read tweets, twit pic, and update their accounts using our system. It is a much more streamlined and user friendly version of twitter and that is why so many users love it.



Traffic:

Over the last month the site has done about 117,000 visits (14,000 uniques) and over 2,1 MILLON page views.

The big part of the traffic has "country not set" in Google Analytics reports. This is caused by almost all smart phones using proxies while browsing the web.

Google Analytics report is attached. I could provide anyone interested with GA guest account to check the stats.

Recently I have fixed the bug with Google Analytics for Mobile code, now all visits are being counted. I've also opened Trends page for public to allow Google to index more pages (now over 3000 pages are already indexed), it should increase the organic traffic.

Please don't be confused by high Alexa rank since Alexa toolbar is being installed on desktop browsers only while the traffic here comes mostly from mobile devices.





Monetization:

The site is not being monetized directly. There're AdSense ads on the desktop version but they don't make much. We use internal advertising system to promote another our websites and this works very good! Actually, only internal ad system is working on the mobile version currently.
