    You can get in touch with their support people easily via your Associates Central dashboard. When I sent an inquiry about the number of ordered items and the number of shipped items being grossly out of proportion they got back to me with an answer in less than two days.

    It's a large commission of of about $50.

    I just got word back from them that the order has been cancelled or that the credit card was declined. My stats still show that the item has still been ordered.

    It depends on what item sold and when its shipped, they credit your account after its been shipped

    Yes, Amazon holds your payment for 60 days. For example, earnings for January are sent in March.
