One of the guys I met at the conference was REALLY into this. He actually went out and bought little shot bottles, taped his URL to it www.linkbait.com as I recall) and forced anyone he bumped into to take a shot right there on the spot. If anyone wants to read a sort of (hopefully) humorous post about my experiences at PubCon as a first time attendee, I just threw up a blog at www.seoloser.com that some of you might get a kick out of. Dude, that was me!! The domain name was www.DrinkBait.com and it worked out pretty well. It was just a crazy idea I had at the last second on Tuesday after the conference. The best part about it was that it was an automatic ice breaker for me to be forced to chat with all the people on that list. This made it much easier for me than professing my heartfelt love for all the effin bloggers I read every day. It's like these dudes are all in a boy band or something and we should be throwing my underwear at them. Even if I was a donkey during the conference, at least they all remember me now!
