AdSense approval stuck in between

I submitted my site for adsense apporval. However my hosting server was down during the review period. As expected I got an unapprove email from Google saying "Unable to review your site".

With my site back up, I want to resubmit. Now, the problem is when I logon to the adsense website, the red banner on top still saying "application is still under review" even I got the unapprove email. How can I resubmit the site? Any help is appreciated.

I search through the adsense knowledgebase in google. There are lots of people having the same problem as I do (not able to find the "resubmit" button). The work around is to apply with a new email address like you said in your post. In some occasion, an "google adsense pro" person replied the thread saying the problem is manually fix in Google's end of the system but it is a rare case. I think this will be the route I take now. Thanks for your suggestion.

you are welcome. Previously my friend has the same problem, the adsense ask for website verification by pasting the code on the website. After my friend paste the code and found the same problem as you. And then, i help him to settle the problem. However, i cant recall what i did, but i remember there is an option to choose for re-submit the website

Just want to give an update 4 days after I start this thread. Hope my experience can help other people. My adsense account finally gets approve. This is the summary of my situation.

Day 1: Submit to adsense for new account

Day 2: My webhosting server was down while G is reviewing. Got Disapprove email and told me to re-submit.

Still Day 2: In adsense dashboard, the red banner on top still saying "in the middle of review, please wait" even after I got disapprove message. There is no re-submit button. I try to search the button but couldn't find it. I add the adsense box in my site as per the original email but no ad flow through.

    Day 3, 4: Nothing happen

Day 5: Suddenly ads show up. I check my adsense account, red banner on top is gone and my account is approved.

My frustration part in this process is I couldn't find the "re-submit" button after the first disapprove email. I search through a lot of forums and it seems like many people are having the same issue as I do but there is no simple answer for this. The most common work around is to create a new gmail address and re-signup another adsense account. It might work but it is definitely not my preferred solution. Hope my experience can help some people.
