    Hello all,

    I have an Admin/Webmaster forum for sale.

    I bought this a few months ago but due to the amount of projects and websites I have going at the moment I am unable to devote my time and energy into managing it, It's pretty sad for me to just give up on this when I had every intention of making it a great forum.

    This forum is a diamond and I know for a fact that under the right management that it will go very far.

    It currently has over 18,000 unique posts and a pretty special custom theme created by Terry Harvey and finished by me that is exclusive to the forum. He gave me full rights to the theme and that will be passed on to you if you decide to buy this.

    The forum is approved in BuySellAds and has made approx. $350 since March 2012 when we were approved, It has an Alexa rank of mid 300,000. It generates around 600,000 Pageviews per month and is top of google for many great webmaster related keywords due to me spending around $500 and countless amounts of time on SEO.

    If you decide to buy you will get The forum, It's custom theme with rights, Domain, DB & Files. You will not get the twitter account.

    GA isn't installed, Is AWstats okay for you?

    And BuySellAds is a quality driven advertising network, I use it on all of my websites that are able to be approved to their system as it makes considerably more money for my network than Adsense ever could. It isn't banned on adsense and has never used it, It was never monetized up until March this year :)
