Selling Coffee niche site with only Unique Content, Amazon products, Great potential

For sale is a site in the always popular coffee niche.

The domain name was registered with GoDaddy in 2009, so it has some age already.

I decided to do something with this site in january/february of 2012. That is when i added unique content to the blog and added several products from Amazon to make some money. I already made some sales for around $140. Not bad for a new site.

This site is running on Wordpress, with a modified theme. It comes with 11 unique blog posts, each with more than 500 words of unique content.
Everything is there for you to start earning money through the Amazon affiliate program. I manually added 16 Amazon coffee products with a great layout and with unique descriptions. Nothing you see on this website is copied from other sites/amazon.

The site gets an average of 30 uniques per day, most of it from search engines. I did some stumbleupon experiments and that can really get the traffic going. On those days i easily receive 200+ visitors per day.

Also included in this sale are all the social media accounts like twitter, facebook, stumbleupon, diigo, plurk. And i have a lot of web2 blogs on wordpress.com, blog.com, tumblr.com etc etc. This will all be included in the sale.

So, what you will be buying is essentially a "business in a box". Everything you need is there. Since everything is already seo optimized, all you need to do is generate the traffic. Of course you could make a lot more money by adding more products to sell. This has great potential.

Of course you will ask, why does he sell it? Simple. I don't have the time to develop this site further and take it to the next level. I have a lot of other projects running right now that take up all of my time right now and in the future.

I do not use PayPal for payment. I prefer Moneybookers, Payoneer or Neteller.

Nice looking site, can you confirm, the $140 you mention, is that sales or commission earned?. Please also confirm if that is the total site income for 4 months?, as you have stated on the thread that this level of income is monthly?.....please could you clarify all these points?.

Sorry about that. No, the $140 i mentioned is total commission earned over a period of 4 months. So $140 divided by 4 = $35 per month (although $140 is easily reachable with this site)

But, like i said, i haven't spent a lot of time (if any) monetizing or generating traffic to this site.

 

so based upon $35/month income you are wanting to sell for $2k????, am I missing something $35 a month income normally means a price range of $200 - $300, can you explain?.

 

Lol, there we go again. Putting a value on a site based on it's monthly revenue. I understand it is the standard for putting a price tag on it, but this is a quality site.
If i had the time to put real effort in this it would easily make $500 - $1k or more per month.

Just look at the site... does this look like the usual garbage site they offer here?

You get 11 Unique posts, 16 unique products, everything added manually, researched, unique lsi content, completely seo optimized.

All you have to do is generate traffic, everything else is already done for you. How easy do you want it?

The 2k is the BIN. Nothing more, nothing less. This is an auction. People make an offer and i consider any reasonable offer.

If you don't see the value of this site, don't bid. It's that simple, really.

I want to buy the site, I am not paying $2k for it, if $2k is based upon the "potential" then bring it back in 12 months time when it is a profitable site & I will pay you $2k for a site earning $250/month......If you want me to pay for the "potential" and still do all the work to deliver it then I am not the right buyer for you!.

I will buy the site here & now for a price that is acceptable to you & does not tie me up for years to come trying to deliver the "potential". If you would like to give me a realistic buying price then lets do it, if not gamble on the auction.

Please let me know either way?.
