Selling Aged Bible Story Site Making $100/month from Adsense with NO work - 15k Uniques - PR2

I have a really nice site up for sale, free-stories.net. I have owned it for over two years and haven't done a thing to it since I bought it. It has sat on autopilot collecting money from Adsense ads on it. In the past year, it has made exactly $1,158.83 from 5/23/2011 to 5/23/2012. The majority of the traffic is from search engines and the referral traffic is from old links. There has been no work done on the site in 2 years. It gets 12k-15k uniques monthly. It's a pagerank 2 site. There's no content management system, since this is an aged site. It's all html. I didn't want to convert it to something with a management system and lose all those aged internal links. This is a solid consistent earner.

Depends on how you look at it. Traffic was the same in April of 2012 as it was May, June or so of last year. Traffic is higher now than it was in January. So I could say traffic has increased in the past 5 months.

Also as far as revenue, from December to January it doubled, stayed the same in February, went up again in March, and went down some in April. For the past two months, revenue has been pretty steady.

Sites go up and down, but I'm not gonna cry Penguin or Panda or anything else. I've posted all the stats, enough to make an informed decision about the worth. If you're interested, make a bid.

Interesting you missed out May's earnings so far. Could you supply us with those earnings too? I went on your traffic sources and only found your site with one of the main keywords on Google.com

 

May's earnings are shown on the yearly screenshot on adsense. They have stayed about the same as april. Here's a chart of the last 2 months:

I'm really not sure what you mean about you only found the site for one of the main keywords on Google? In the past 30 days, the site has received 12,231 unique visits. 70% of those visits were from search engines. That's 8,562 visits from search engines. The most visits for a single keyword was from "samson" during that period, and it's not page 1 for that. So it's likely that it's not page 1 for any big keywords at all, but it's page 2,3,4 etc for a lot of really high traffic keywords and getting a lot of visits from search engines.
