    Please be aware that any kind of iframe/interstitial/popup/popunder traffic is NOT Adsense safe. In fact, the only really safe traffic for Adsense is the traffic coming from Adwords.

    I think it's against TOS of adsense to have adwords traffic coming to sites with adsense ads.

    Not sure about it, I think it was allowed some time ago. I think that Adsense should not say that their own traffic is bot/low quality :) But again, I might be wrong.
    So, most likely there is no such thing as paid Adsense safe traffic. While I am 100% sure there is no such thing as cheap Adsense safe traffic :)
