Google Rejected Adsense Application for 3rd time, and this time with no reason.

Am having an Technical Forum, domain is www.techdiscussion.in. My Adsense applications has been already rejected twice but that was almost 1.5 months ago on April 3rd with the reason mentioned below:
Well thats fine. But now again i applied for the 3rd time on May 22nd. This time again they rejected saying:

What is meant by that ? Now whats the problem ? I have read in many discussion that they dont approve because of copy pasted contents or any adult material. You guys can check my website,
1.Its a technical forum with all original content
    2.No adult Material.
    3.Even i have Google PageRank of 2
    4. It has almost 700 articles.

I registered this domain in October 2011, so its more than 6 months old. Yeah, at present i am running Adbrite Ads but that too started since Google Rejected my Application in April (My 2nd Application). But i completely removed Adbrite Ads before applying them for the 3rd on May 22nd. But still they rejected and without any reasons.

I was having a huge interest and respect for Google, learning google since long long years. Whatever i do on Internet i do according to Google... but now am in huge disappointment. Can you guys please check and tell me whats wrong with my site ?

yeah try external programs to get your adsense account, direct registrations are harsh, but with some offers it is easier to get one

On your case, it might be easier if you start a blog on blogspot and then request the adsense directly from the blog instruments.

Or, buy an aged (and populated) blog with a gmail account and then use it. Google has been burned several times with people from India over the years, that is the reason why they are reticent in providing adsense.

Also, you don't need adsense. Look on techconnect as alternative: http://www.techconnect.nl/ Much better than AdBrite where it took me months just to get 50 USD.

Last but not least, try to work with affiliate websites. Provide them with visitors or register as a seller. Remember that people nowadays only pay when someone is buying their products. That is the reason why pay-per-click as provided by google is only provided with a good amount of care and reticence.

Yes i contacted them, actually posted on Google Adsense Group. And they said that Google is no more offering Adsense for technical websites. Is that true?

By original, i mean Content is not copied form anywhere else. We make articles what people are searching today. And we make it our own from the official sources without refering any other sites.

I tried applying for Adsense before using a forum but like you it was rejected by Google Adsense review team. I had a feeling that it was the reason why it was rejected so I purchased a new domain and launched a blog and put around 20 articles on it and re-applied. It was approved in a couple of weeks. Maybe you should try this method; maybe it would work.

You have tried 3 times to get adsense for that specific site and been rejected 3 times and you still cannot grasp the fact that it will never happen, why they have rejected you i am not sure but if i was you i would look at trying something else like maybe clicksor or something else similar.Adsense is good but if you cannot use it on your site you have to change tactics but to keep trying and getting rejected is insane and is just not worth the hassle.

Look for something else but even if you try getting a adsense account with another site then adding the code to your site that has been rejected will only end in loosing your account.

You can search whether a privacy policy is required for a forum for adsense account in their help center.

it's because u register a forum, u should try to register a website content, not a forum.

Thread creators forum has adsense on it right now. Also, before i sold my forum, I applied for adsense and was accepted on first try.

Can you explain why in details that a forum is not good to use when applying for adsense?

I read online that Google doesn't accept technology related websites from India. Maybe that's why.
