No matter what I do, linkwheel, backlinks or article/posts addition to my wordpress based sites, my ranking wont come back. I think it might be after I added some link in my blogroll and it was because I exchanged links. Is it because of this?
Did you build any other type of links- and was your link wheel quite heavily interlinked? This was one of the things Google went after in the Penguin update. It's much wiser to build stand alone Web 2.0 Properties as opposed to creating larger network wheels now. WebDev
It sounds like everything you did wouldn't benefit your site (those links wouldn't carry weight and the link exchange might have penalised you). Suggestion about what to do now - read SEOmoz blog posts (including UGC/Youmoz, including some examples of success using strategies SEOmoz wrote about) and Search Engine Land. You'll find a lot of good information there and be able to develop a strategy (or strategies) that's good for your site(s). Good luck.
Go to webmasters tool and check out the backlinks. Remove the backlink from each site you find suspicious or poor in quality etc. You'll get your ranking back soon times.
Hi guys may be because of link exchange. Exchange is not more important for link building these days.
