    You can forget about it, just take the closest format to the size you want and don't try to change the size in the code..

    If you have a very successful website earning A LOT of money, adsense will contact you and offer you special sizes and special rules for you, but you need a really successful site, it never happened to me since I started in 2003 but still you can live very confortably with the money while not reaching the premium publisher status..
