I wonder how many kids are using their parent's cards without permission. "Hey, what is this $5,000 charge from China?"
I read something on digg, it was probably one of the top digged posts (I don't tend to read any others). Apparently Amazon is going to sell them for $100.
Sounds like the Tickle me Elmo doll phenemenon a number of years ago. They purposely let customers believe there was a shortgage, and this increased the hysteria to obtain the product. Great marketing ploy.
re-damn-diculous!! I cannot believe that these people are paying this much for this!! It better be made of freaking gold for that price!! My god !! And the worst of it is probably that the people that are paying these ridiculous prices are rich mommys and daddy's getting them for their spoiled rotten little kids that will just "DIE" if they dont get one!!! LMAO.
This is quite interesting. I got home today and found a big box dropped off at my front door with ten of these PlayStation games. I guess I'll use one to play pong or frogger and sell the rest of them on Ebay.
One apparently sold for $99,999,999.00 (I don't think). Funny that the winning bidder is now " Not a registered user" Coincidence?
LOL, the top 50 bidders or so on that auction are not registered users anymore. Like I said: People are pretty screwed in the head. I don't think so, Sony loses about $200.00 on each unit they sell as it is (guess they make it up in game sales), but more importantly, the PS3 include a blu ray player and it's gonna be a while before blu ray players drop to $100.00 by themselves.
This might be it for Sony. They've been going downhill for a while now. Don't they have an American CEO?
Thats insane. (Presuming its priced really high , I have never owned one and never inquired about it either) What is the cost of this thing originally? I know XBOX 360 costs something like $500. My cousin bought one recently.
I was thinking of buying a WII for my husband, but I don't think I will be able to get it with the going prices. It's supposed to be out tomorrow, anybody know's what the retail price is ?
