Penguin and Title Tags

One of my older sites has not been hit by penguin update.

However would like to be pro active as I have noticed some of our title tags look a little spammy ie keywords in different orders appear in the title tag.

So will it be best to go through and change all pages, or modify at a slower pace as to not alert the search engines too much.

    Looking forward to any advice.

    Cheers

I wouldn't worry too much. As long as your new title tags aren't spammy you should be ok.

There's a lot of other reasons you could of been hit. Clean up everything "spammy".

Don't worry about how quickly you make changes to content on your site, mate. Make sure the new title tags are written for humans, not too long either (something like 70 characters max looks good in search results). They should be succinct.

Yeh, agree with Ryan_uk - the speed at which you make these updates is not important, only that the updates are more Penguin friendly and less spammy in nature. The quicker you do the updates the quicker the site can be recrawled.
