    I would think it is best suggested to your regional location, so go to the regional directory and drill down to your specific town and suburb.

    Most categories have a suggest URL link at the top of the page. Click it and follow instructions.
    DMOZ isn't an SEO tool so I have no clue/don't care.

    I advised the Op where to suggest the site and given that i have 18K Edits for DMOZ, i probably know what i am talking about :)

    It is best suggested to the regional location for the "walk in" address displayed on the website.
