Where to live in CA?

That's why I said rough estimate

It's actually been pretty accurate on homes I've compared exact addresses with though. I compared them to the direct listings.

 

SD is dope. SF is fun. LA is the best in my opinion. Orange County is faker than LA.

Personally my favorite places in CA are in LA. I love the West Hollywood/Beverly Hills/Hollywood/Los Feliz area and the beach areas (Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades) are amazing as well if you can afford them. LA has the most exciting lifestyle in my opinion and even though it's far from NYC like, I still think it's great. I would say SF has the most NYC like living although the weather isn't as great as it is in LA and SD.

SD is amazing too. I lived in Oceanside and it was super nice in some parts! I met a lot of really cool people there and in Carlsbad, so that area is awesome. Oside has a good beach vibe. La Jolla is amazing! Has lots of rich, younger kids. It's super expensive. So is Pacific Beach. PB and La Jolla are really the only two southern parts of San Diego county that are worth living in in my opinion. Theres always a lot to do down there! So many girls, who are more down to earth than LA/OC/SF girls.

Ahhh I love California. It's probably my favorite thing in life.

 

SF is fun for a minute, then it gets old.
